When you visit our office for the first time, you can expect your appointment to consist of an initial consultation with one of our general dentists where we explain your diagnosis and treatment options. If we determine that your best treatment option may also be performed on the same-day as your consultation,  we will give you the choice of proceeding with the treatment as well as assist you if you have other questions related to the procedure. Otherwise, a comprehensive treatment plan is provided for every new patient wishing to make LRM Dental their dental caregiver of choice.

For patients with a complex medical history, we will conduct a dental evaluation and book a second appointment to begin your treatment.

Please provide the following information at the time of your consultation:

• Valid referral notes  from previous dentist and/or family doctor
• A list of medications you are presently taking
• If you have medical or dental insurance/s, please bring the necessary completed forms (this will save time and allow us to help you process your claim)

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to any kind of treatments  (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anti-coagulant therapy, etc.)

If your dentist or physician has taken recent X-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick up your X-rays and bring them with you to your consultation. If additional X-rays are required, they can be taken at our facility.
